DISCLAIMER
Please note that the Academy cannot be held responsible for the content of external internet sites which may be reached by links from the Art Academy website.
All information is correct at time of publication. While every effort is made to offer the courses set out in the Academy Prospectus and on this website, the Academy reserves the right to withdraw particular courses and to change both the content and the pricing of a course when need arises, without prior warning. Minor changes of course content will not be considered to affect our cancellation policy, as set out in the Academy’s Refund & Transfer Policy.

The following T&Cs, regulations and policies are applicable to students of ‘Public’ courses only. Public courses are defined as those courses which require less than 180 hours of study per academic year; including ‘Part Time’ courses, evening, weekend, Easter and Summer courses.
Whilst those studying less than 180 hours on ‘Public’ courses are valued members of the Academy community and therefore afforded the same rights to equality of experience, with regard to quality of provision, safeguarding and expectations of treatment as laid out in our Equality and Diversity principles, public course students DO NOT fall under the same pastoral duty of care afforded to students on ‘Academic’ programme of at least 180 hours per academic year.
