Surrey Sculpture Society Art Workers Guild Chelsea Art Society Approach to teaching My approach to teaching is to inspire and facilitate , so that each student creates an interesting and individual sculpture , and through really looking, incorporates what they have observed of the structure and character of the sitter into the finished work. What inspires my work The human face and figure are endlessly fascinating to sculpt and my welded metal work is often inspired by found objects, so that a motorbike petrol tank might suggest a penguin, or a scooter frame a horse.
