SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DROP-IN LIFE CLASS
The “Open Life Class” is a relaxed and enjoyable life drawing and painting course with a life model for various poses lasting between one and four weeks at a time. Students will be able to approach the human figure in any way they please and make as many drawings or paintings as they care to pursue with as much or as little instruction as they like.
The NEW ‘Painting Surgery’ course is practical and self-led and provides you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in your own work while gaining valuable insight to help grow and push your practice through the support and advice of an experienced practising artist.
Your experienced tutor will happily guide both beginners as well as those who are more experienced. Students should feel free to use whichever materials they enjoy using the most, whether that is drawing in charcoal or ink or painting in oils or acrylics. Paper is provided though please bring your own drawing/painting materials with you.
Open Life drop-in sessions for the July – August 2022 term are available to book via Eventbrite now. Please note that bookings made through Eventbrite are non-refundable. It is only possible to transfer bookings from one event to another up to 7 days prior to the start of the booked event. Additionally, providing there is space on the day it will still be possible to pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) in the reception shortly before the lesson; we do however recommend booking through Eventbrite in order to guarantee a place.
