Who can book Open Access sessions?
Competent printmakers need to provide evidence of their knowledge and good studio practice. Novice printmakers must have completed a taster and a specialist printmaking course. There are four places available for each session.
Artist and professional printmaker, Theo Ereira-Guyer supervises at all times, to offer support and advice. A health and safety induction is included in the first session. Priority on the press is split on Saturday, however attendees may book onto either session to use the studio facilities.
Email enquiries to Theo Ereira-Guyer: email@example.com
You can book open access sessions via our online payment system. It is helpful to send your contact details and a brief outline of work planned during your session – just click on the ‘Contact Host’ link on the Eventbrite page to send us an email. Online bookings are non-refundable.
Saturday Drop-in life class
The “Open Life Class” is a relaxed and enjoyable 10-week life painting/drawing course. There will be a life model present for various one, two, or three week poses. Students will be able to approach the human figure in any way they please, and do as many drawings or paintings as suits them, with as much or as little instruction from the tutor as they want. Tutors will happily guide both beginners and the more experienced painters. Students are also free to use the materials they enjoy the most, whether that be drawing in charcoal or painting in oils or acrylics. Experiment, explore and enjoy yourself.
